Bozo Pide

A traditional pita restaurant operating in Trabzon's Surmene district. There is a hall at both the entrance and the exit of Sürmene district. The place at the entrance is a place you can call a smaller tradesman's business. Located at the exit of the district, the place has 2 larger floors to provide better service in the crowded summer months. Those who want to eat local pita can choose this place.

I preferred the central branch because there were many bad comments in the other branch. Fortunately I did it that way. I had this delicious pita without waiting too long. Need to visit again.

I like it . It's a small place, but you manage. Pita is hot. They don't skimp on material. Roasted pita is my favourite.

I was nervous when I read the comments on the way here. I don't know when it's crowded, maybe there is a problem in the service. When I went, we found a difficult place in the parking lot because it was crowded, but the upper floors were empty. We sat at a table near the cutlery next door, away from the crowd. The waiter said that our pita will come in 45 minutes, which I think is very normal. And 25 minutes later our pita arrived. The pita dough was thin and well cooked. Dough was not visible from the abundant material on it. The taste was very good, my favorite was cheese. We bought it with roasted meat, minced meat, cheese and egg on top. I don't understand the bad comments at all. If you come to the Black Sea, you can eat this pita.

This place is closed on the weekend. They have a second place near the ring road, I think it's open. Roasted and mixed is not bad, but in any case, it is too oily, I tried to digest it for 2 days after eating it. Not a suitable place for those with sensitive stomachs.
