Kastamonu, Kurtuluş Savaşı'nda hiç işgal edilmediği halde cephelere gönderdiği askerlerin pek çoğunun şehit olması sebebi ile en çok şehit veren illerin başında gelmektedir. Allah ülkesi uğruna canını dişine takarak can veren kahraman şehitlerimizin ruhunu şad etsin inşallah....
