Amaçlar
1-İlçenin tarım ürünleri ekiliş, verim ve üretim tahmin çalışmalarını yapmak, tarımla ilgili her türlü istatistiki bilgilerin zamanında toplanmasını sağlamak,
2-İlçe dahilinde bitkilere zarar veren hastalık, zararlı ve yabancı otların tespitini yapmak ve koruma programlarını hazırlamak, onaylanmış programların uygulanmasını sağlamak,
3-İlçedeki hayvanların salgın ve paraziter hastalıklardan korunmasını sağlamak, bulaşıcı hastalıkların yurt çapında yayılmasını önlemek amacıyla İlçe çapında plan, program ve projeler hazırlamak, uygulama, denetlemek,
4-Her türlü yayım programlarını hazırlamak, faydalı bilgileri broşür, el kitabı, gösteri v.b. yollarla kendi elemanlarına ve çiftçilere ulaştırmak, çözüm getirilmesi istenen çiftçi problemlerini araştırma merkezleri ve Bakanlığın ilgili birimlerine intikal ettirmek,
5-İlçenin tohum, fidan, fide, aşı, damızlık hayvan, balık yavrusu, ipek böceği tohumu, ana arı, kovan, sperma gibi girdi ve ihtiyaçlarının tedarik ve dağıtımı için tedbirler almak,
6-Soy kütüğü sisteminin yurt çapında yaygınlaştırılması için İl çapında gerekli tedbirleri almak,
7-Özel sektörce kurulacak suni tohumlama istasyonları ve damızlık yetiştirme işletmelerine Bakanlıkça belirlenecek esaslara göre izin vermek ve denetlemek,
8-Projeye dayalı olarak işletmelere ait kredi taleplerini inceleyerek uygun olanların çiftlik geliştirme projelerini hazırlamak,
9-İlçe dahilinde faaliyette bulunan ilaç bayileri ile ilaçlama yapan özel ve tüzel kişilerin kontrolünü yapmak, gıda ve yem stokları, gıda ve yem konularını ilgilendiren etüt ve envanterleri hazırlamak ruhsatlı yem bayii ve fabrikalarını asgari teknik ve sağlık şartları bakımından denetlemek, gıda ve yem sanayi ürünlerinin belirlenmiş esaslara uygunluğunu denetlemek,
10-Projeler çerçevesinde istihdam imkanlarını arttırmak amacıyla el sanatlarını geliştirilmesini, yayılması ve tanıtılmasını sağlayıcı ve mamullerin pazarlamasını kolaylaştırıcı tedbirler almak,
11-Çiftçilerin teşkilatlanmasını ve kooperatifçiliği teşvik etmek, bu amaçla etüt ve projeler hazırlamak, kooperatiflerin kurulması için teknik ve yetkisi dahilinde mali yardımda bulunmak ve denetlemektir.
Duties of our District Agriculture Directorate:
Purposes
1- To carry out the cultivation, yield and production estimation studies of the agricultural products of the district, to ensure the timely collection of all kinds of statistical information related to agriculture,
2- To detect diseases, pests and weeds that harm plants within the district and to prepare protection programs, to ensure the implementation of approved programs,
3- To prepare, implement and supervise District-wide plans, programs and projects in order to protect the animals in the district from epidemic and parasitic diseases, and to prevent the spread of infectious diseases throughout the country,
4-Preparing all kinds of publication programs, providing useful information such as brochures, handbooks, demonstrations, etc. to convey them to their own staff and farmers, to convey the farmer's problems to be solved to research centers and relevant units of the Ministry,
5-To take measures for the supply and distribution of the district's inputs and needs such as seeds, saplings, seedlings, vaccines, breeding animals, fish fry, silkworm seeds, queen bees, hive, semen,
6- To take the necessary measures throughout the province in order to expand the pedigree system throughout the country,
7-To permit and supervise the artificial insemination stations and breeding establishments to be established by the private sector in accordance with the principles to be determined by the Ministry,
8- Examining the loan demands of the enterprises based on the project and preparing the farm development projects of the suitable ones,
9- Controlling the pharmaceutical dealers operating in the district and the natural and legal persons doing spraying, preparing studies and inventories concerning food and feed stocks, food and feed issues, inspecting licensed feed dealers and factories in terms of minimum technical and health conditions, food and feed industry products to check the compliance with the established principles,
10- To take measures to facilitate the development, dissemination and promotion of handicrafts and to facilitate the marketing of products in order to increase employment opportunities within the framework of the projects
11-To encourage the organization of farmers and cooperatives, to prepare studies and projects for this purpose, to provide technical and financial assistance for the establishment of cooperatives and to supervise them.
