★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful! 5 stars are for Cepa-Boyner but the comment is for the Boyner in Kentpark which is terrible and doesn't have a comment section and I had to say something; If you're a foreigner and you don't have a Turkish account, you can NOT buy anything. Because they don't let you pay for it ? They do not like other currencies than TL (₺) ... The staff isn't helpful or kind either... It was a horrible experience and I recommend you to go to Cepa-Boyner if you want to have a nice shopping experience! The staff in Cepa is so kind, nice and helpful. Thank you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a department store - not just a clothing store. It has a lot of top brands at decent prices. It is big, but that space is fully utilised, leaving it with a slightly cramped feeling, especially on busy days. Customer service does not really extend your rights to European Union level, but they still try to help. For example, I bought a top end North Face coat, and within days the hanger loop detached from the coat and pulled away the wicking liner with it. Boyner could not offer an immediate replacement, but instead sent it back to the company. It took around four weeks for acceptance of responsibility from North Face, not ideal when you are in winter waiting for your winter coat.
