I found it expensive compared to other Boyner stores...

I decided to buy 4 products from Boyner with a total value of 420 TL belonging to different brands that I have seen and liked on the internet. When I went to the store, I wasted about two hours because of the sales consultants because the products I liked had no sizes, no discounts, and no color. We were miserable at the store with my 50-day-old baby. We were going to buy different products and come out; The staff at the cashier said that if we complete the shopping for 800 lira, we will win a 400 lira gift voucher. There is a good campaign; but it was about to end. I thought that I would continue my shopping after breastfeeding while I was in need. I did that and I spent two more hours choosing products. When we came to the checkout with a total of 860 TL products, I paid 411 TL with Multipay. I was shocked and shocked when I thought that I had already won a gift certificate for the remaining amount. Gift vouchers are not used for payments made with Multipay !!! Worse, Multipay cannot be refunded !!! Well, when they said what we do and how we do it, they said that it is not valid for every product, but choose a product again. I was willing to shame for another hour or so and chose a few pieces of product. I would make the payment by credit card and receive a non-refundable gift voucher to the Multipay card. I went to the vault again. This time, I could not use the gift voucher because the brands I chose did not have any discounts. On the one hand, the gas of the newborn baby, on the other hand the hunger and fatigue of my 5-year-old daughter ..... I was unwillingly tense. They apologized and talked to the center. The meeting also took about an hour. Result 0. To 6 hours lost? Is it for the non-refundable Multipay amount? Instead of the gift voucher they give, which can only be used by Boyner and sentenced to Boyner as if it were grace? Is it to products that I can't buy? The hunger I had despite breastfeeding and my blood sugar falling because of this? To the crankiness and tiredness of my baby and daughter? It's called the campaign! Shame on you ... I give a star out of necessity.
