★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great hotel for a short break with super staff in Tolga bey and Hurrem hanim. They're super friendly, helpful and determined to make you feel at home. They also have many helpful friends and contacts that they will call to get you the best prices when looking around. Breakfast was perfect, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for this one because I saw it was highly rated and I didn't want any surprises. I was not disappointed. This is the first time I've ever had a hotel call me to make sure I would find them OK!
Both management and staff were genuinely friendly and interested, while still being dignified and professional. When the manager found out it was our anniversary she went out of her way to make it extra special for us.
As to the facilities and services, everything was as advertised, nothing to complain about. In fact we had a room on the side next to a spring stream, so we slept really well. It helps if you speak some Turkish, but they have enough English to make everything work. Great for a relaxing getaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is quiet and peaceful and the hotel had a homely feel to it. Very nice place to go if you want to get away for a while and enjoy the sound of silence. The breakfast was on point, and there's tea service at any hour. It had a really nice 'old village cottage' feel to it and its close enough to the peak of the mountain to get there within 30mins drive. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this hotel on the weekend from 21 to 23 January. Amazingly comfortable and peaceful hotel. The rooms were very, very warm with a spacious terrace with lake view. I would also like to note the cleanliness and order in the rooms, as we had rest with two small children. For us it was important. We would like to thank our receptionist Mohammed, who was very responsive and friendly with us and our children. Highly recommend for family vacations.
