Başlangıçta sadece boru hatları ile petrol taşımacılığı yapan BOTAŞ, ülkemizin artan enerji ihtiyacının karşılanması amacıyla 1986 yılından itibaren doğal gazın ticareti ve taşımacılığı ile ilgili faaliyetlerine de başlamıştır. Bakanlar Kurulu'nun 8 Şubat 1995 tarih ve 96/6526 sayılı kararıyla 233 sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararname’ye tabi karlılık ve verimlilik ilkeleri doğrultusunda faaliyetlerini sürdüren bir Kamu İktisadi Teşebbüsü (KİT) olarak yapılandırılmıştır. BOTAŞ, 233 sayılı Kamu İktisadi Teşebbüsleri Hakkında Kanun Hükmünde Kararnameye tabi, özel hukuk hükümlerine göre kurulmuş, anonim şirket statüsünde bir Kamu İktisadi Teşebbüsüdür. Sermayesinin tamamı T.C. Başbakanlık Hazine Müsteşarlığı’na ait, T.C. While I was working at a school nearby, I was going to lunch for lunch.. you are not allowed to enter without permission, but the inside is really beautiful...both social facilities and environmental care arrangements are really above the standard..the lodgings where the employees stay are quite adequate..it has a very beautiful beach. there is ??????
