1 star did not deserve 2 times they both could not make the water leakage could not do all the hardwood also found the blame. I do not recommend to anyone such service would not get bosch officials as soon as they question what they are doing !!!!!

I called Bosch service for my oven that was not working, the reason it did not work was because the socket was not working. They demanded 75 liras for this. I say pay attention again when buying bosch product.
