Girişteki bayan personel çok kibar ve ilgiliydi. Servisle alakası yok ama siemens bende hayal kırıklığı yarattı.
I asked for the drain pump cover, they said it wasn't sold separately, but the team was with the pump, when I told them I didn't want to change the pump for a fictitious cover, they said that siemens didn't produce separately. The lady staff at the entrance was very polite and concerned. It has nothing to do with service, but the siemens are disappointing.

I was just scolded by the call center official. Moreover, I have no fault. I have never seen such rudeness. I stop shopping. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Another issue is that I have not been able to hear from the air conditioner I bought for a week.
