Tarafımıza teslim edilen ürünün üretim etiketi ile ürünün kutusunun üzerindeki etiketin birbirinden farklı olduğunun anlaşılması üzerine firma aranıp durum belirtilmesine rağmen ürün değiştirilmedi. 3 ay önce satın almış olduğumuz ürünün artık üretilmediği ve temin edilemeyeceği şeklindeki bilgiyi zorla öğrendik. Ancak piyasada hala satılan bir ürün olduğunu söylememize rağmen "...Ticarette olur böyle şeyler..." şeklinde cevaplar verildi. Mecburen başka bir ürün almak zorunda kaldık. Bu bayiden alışveriş yapmanız durumunda tarafınıza teşhir ürünü gönderilme ihtimali bulunmaktadır. Dikkatli olmanızı öneririm.
The exhibition product was sent to us during my shopping from Tayhan Durable Goods. Upon understanding that the production label of the product delivered to us and the label on the product's box were different from each other, the product was not changed although the company was searched and indicated. We forcibly learned that the product we purchased 3 months ago is no longer manufactured and cannot be supplied. However, even though we say that there is still a product sold in the market, "... Trade happens in such things ..." was answered. We had to buy another product. If you make a purchase from this dealer, there is a possibility of sending you an exhibition product. I suggest you be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu bayiden maalesef(!) aldığımız bir elektrikli süpürgeyi daha üst bir modelle farkını ödeyerek değiştirmek istedik ama esnaflık nedir, müşteriye nasıl yardımcı olunur, nasıl çözüm üretilir bu konulara yabancı olduğunu öğrenmek zorunda kaldık. Keşke az da olsa yorumlara bakmış olsaydık tercih etmezdik. Size tavsiyem buradan uzak durun.
Unfortunately, we wanted to replace a vacuum cleaner that we bought (!) From this dealer with a higher model, but we had to learn what is tradesman, how to help the customer, how to find solutions, and that he is foreign to these issues. I wish we wouldn't prefer it if we looked at the comments a little. My advice to you stay away from here.
