Sorun yalnızca ulaşamamamız değildi(size döneceğim dediği hiçbir aramaya geri dönmedi),telefonda ya da yüz yüze fark etmez döver gibi konuşuyordu ve çok suratsızdı. Kendisinden asgari düzeyde bile bir nezaket göremedim. Zaten zor olan süreci daha da zorlaştırdı.
While looking for a flat to rent, we talked to Zuhal Gürüs, one of Borsem Elit's consultants. First of all, we had a very difficult time communicating. The problem wasn't just that we couldn't reach him (he didn't return any calls he said he'd get back to), he was beating on the phone or in person, and was very sullen. I didn't get even the bare minimum of kindness from him. It made the already difficult process even more difficult.
