Daireyi beğendim satın alma işlemleri için sözleşme yaptık ve tapuda çok şeffaf bir şekilde işlemlerimizi hallettik. Diğer emlakçılar gibi, ev sahibi ile satın alan kişinin bir araya gelmemesi için 10 takla atmadılar. Evi satın aldığım kişiyle tanıştım sohbet ettim. Satın alma işleminden sonra, nasıl olsa sattık artık müşteriye yardımcı olmayalım gibi bir tavırları olmadı. Kısacası adım adım tüm işlemlerden memnun kaldım. Tavsiye ediyorum. Bornova emlak sahibi Selim Bahadır bey ve bize daireyi gösteren danışmanımız Mehmet Emin bey'e teşekkür ederim.
I contacted the apartment I saw in the ad. It was answered very quickly and even though the working hours were over for the apartment I wanted to see, it was helpful. I liked the flat, we made a contract for the purchase and we handled our transactions in a very transparent way in the title deed. Like other real estate agents, they didn't do 10 somersaults so that the landlord and the buyer wouldn't meet. I met the person I bought the house from and chatted. After the purchase, we sold it anyway, and they didn't have an attitude to help the customer anymore. In short, I was satisfied with the whole step-by-step process. I would recommend. I would like to thank Selim Bahadır, the owner of the Bornova real estate, and Mehmet Emin, our consultant, who showed us the flat.
