Bolu Taşhan Cafe & Restaurant

It's a mediocre place. Cleanliness and Hygiene is zero. Without washing the glasses used by others, they refill tea and bring it to the customer.

It was nice that they turned a historical place into a cafe. In the rooms, you have the chance to get service either on the floor or at the table. Having a single desk in each room makes that room unique to you, and I think that's perfect. The employees are really caring and respectful.

Two of us went to dinner. My wife ordered soup and fried potatoes, I ordered soup and chicken fajita and french fries. Soups were ok, but zero salt. We asked for salt and spice. We waited for 10 minutes to come. Chicken fajita was horribly hot and more of a pile of pepper than chicken and I repeat, it was bitter as hell and I had to confirm that it was a fajita bum. Thanks to their cook, they preferred to put rice instead of sauce on the fajita. Waited 15 minutes to ask for water. The french fries came after the meal was over, I got up without eating because of the pain in my stomach. Also, you can make a nice place for the price we paid, but if you don't provide quality service, it will all go to waste. I won't go any further.

It was a very good experience for Bneim. Bolu Taşhan is a must-see place, especially the historical and architectural structure of the rooms in Taşhan. The cafe owners also express their own opinions and give the names of the places to visit in each room, the magnificent lake abant Karacasu smells like history.
