Kargo paketi gözümün önünde alamadım bu kadar saçma bsey olamaz. Cep numarası aliyor aramak için 1 hafta oldu arayan yok. Kargo bir hafta subede bekle bir hafta 2021 de alırım heralde The cargo arrived at the branch but did not deliver it because there was no confirmation. They only work at a single box office, even if you go at any time of the day, you wait in line for thousands of dollars.

Her zaman önünde kuyruk 1 kişinin kargosunu 15 dakika da buluyorlar, kargoyu evde bekleseniz 1-2 hafta sonra getiriyorlar yani bu kadar rezil bir hizmet olamaz. Something really needs to be done about this place. It has been like this for 5 years. They always find the cargo of 1 person in a queue in front of it in 15 minutes, and if you wait at home, they deliver it after 1-2 weeks, so there cannot be such a disgraceful service.

O 1 saat beklemenin sonunda "daha çuvaldan çıkartmadık, girişi yapılmamış vb. bahanelerle sonra gelin veya biz adresinize getirelim" diyorlar. Eve zaten getirmiyorlar ve tekrar bu sırayı beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Aradığınızda telefonlara cevap vermiyorlar. Kısacası rezalet. Even in a small city like Bolu, they have to wait in line for 1 hour.
