In one word: Wow! Some of the best soup I've eaten in my life. Highly recommended. Just know there is limited seating available.

Taste was excellent and most of all you will be impressed by their hospitality. A must go if you visit Bolu. Totally Worth it! Keep it up Guyz

The place is a small hidden jewel at Bolu downtown. They had 24 soup options, of which I chose the Baykos tomatoe soup with shredded meat for starters. It packed a big punch of garlic yet was was immensely flavorful and a delight to have. For the main course, the owner personally served me and my friends 4 half portions of dried beans, et kavurma, İzmir köftesi, and a half bulgur half rice dish. On the side we got a garlic cacık yogurt with cucumbers . The kavurma could have used some fat, but other than that the beans were soft, the potatoes in the İzmir köfte melted in our mouths, the rice was buttery and nice, & the cacık had just the right amount of garlic. We finished off with the rice pudding sütlaç special, which was served with cream, nuts and honey on top. It was the perfect end to a journey in the flavors of Bolu. You don't want to miss it if you make it to this town!

The place offers authentic Turkish cuisine with a light and soothing ambiance. The hosts make you feel welcomed without being too much imposing.

The best ever! Pride of Bolu as far as I can tell. The tables are always full. Had to wait in line to get seated! Needs more space :)) Great tastes unique dishes. Tough recipes. Not homy food at all. Try the soups! Enjoy the soups!

Best local food. Lots of delicious meat and soup. A few vegetarian options. Staff is very kind and welcoming. Be ready to be fed with a spoon by the Chef himself :)
