★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet!! Yemekler buz gibi!! Porsionlar çok küçük. Salatanın içinden böcekler çıkıyor. Servis 0!! Lavabolar o kadar pis ki, Mutfağı düşünmek istemıyorum. Pınar Arslan umarım işini iyi yapıyordur denetlemede. Biraz Nevşehirdeki Şube’den Örnek ve ders alın. Keşke burda bıraktığım 450tl yerine bir kaç Simit alıp yeseydik.
 Disgrace!! Food is freezing!! Portions are very small. Insects are coming out of the salad. Service 0!! The sinks are so dirty that I don't want to think about the kitchen. I hope Pınar Arslan is doing her job well in auditing. Get some examples and lessons from the Branch in Nevşehir. I wish we had bought a few bagels and ate them instead of the 450 TL I left here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yemekler aşırı lezzetli, işkembe çorbası, yoğurt ve mezeler harika. Fiyatları biraz uçuk gelebilir. Garsonlar ve şef garson çok ilgili, servis hızlı. Teşekkürler Bolu et Mangal. Kayseri, Ankara arasında güzel yemek yapan nadir yerlerden birtanesi.
The food is extremely delicious, tripe soup, yogurt and appetizers are great. Prices may seem a little high. The waiters and the chief waiter are very interested, the service is fast. Thank you Bolu et Mangal. It is one of the rare places between Kayseri and Ankara that makes good food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on our way to Kapadokya and wanted to stop to eat. There were not that many good options the road but once I was researching food this gem.
It was not busy as we were traveling on a Holiday. Which I personally do prefer.
We ordered the Kusbasi and Kiymali pide and it was amazing!!! It was as big as the table. Tried to take a
photo ? but was not successful.
The restaurant did take alot of precautions due to Covid and that is a plus!
Great service.
