I'm not from Trabzon, but I've been living here for an average of 15 years and there has been a Bohemian patisserie since I've known myself. Have you tried the chocolate pastry? If you haven't tried it, I recommend it. The cheese and chocolate donuts are my favourite. A small patisserie in one of the central areas of Beşirli neighborhood.
