★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ailecek kahvaltı ettik . Temiz ,özenli ,bol çeşitli bir kahvaltıydı. Özellikle tereyağında yumurta çocukluğumun tadındaydı. Bayramın 1. Günü ve sabah erken olmasına rağmen herkes güler yüzlü ve samimiydi. Çok teşekkürler
 We had breakfast as a family. It was a clean, attentive and varied breakfast. Especially eggs in butter tasted like my childhood. Even though it was the 1st day of the feast and it was early in the morning, everyone was smiling and sincere. Thank you so much

İşletme sahibi Mülazim Bey sagolsun bizimle çok alakadar oldu. cocuklarimizi görünce daha önce hiç tatmadigim ve duymadığım malakan peynirini tamamızi tavsiye etti.Malakan peyniri dogal şırdan mayadan yapılıyormuş. (Henüz ot yemeye başlamamış sütle beslenen buzağıların/oğlakların midesinin, şirden veya “şırdan” ismi verilen dördüncü bölümünden elde edilen şirden mayası peynir üretiminde kullanılır.) kemik gelişimi için cok faydali oldugunu söyledi.Tadi gayet güzel, neyse ki çocuklarda sevdi.tavsiye ederim.
The place we went to buy cheese on our trip to Kars. There are many shops where you can buy cheese in Kars. We have had our share here. Wherever you buy it, make sure to taste it first. Thanks to Mr. Mülazim, the owner of the business, he was very interested in us. When he saw our children, he recommended all of us malakan cheese, which I had never tasted or heard of before. Malakan cheese is made from natural syrup and yeast. (Şirden rennet obtained from the fourth part of the stomach of calves/kids fed with milk, which has not yet started to eat grass, is used in the production of cheese.) He said that it is very beneficial for bone development.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İyi hizmet güleryüz ve kararında alâka. Kahvaltı için tercih ettiğimiz Boğatepe Köy ürünleri bizi iyi bir kahvaltıya ağırladı. Kavurmalı yumurta, nefis peynir çeşitleri, bal kaymak, ve dönüşte mutlaka alacağım leziz pekmez... iki kişi 40 tl ödedik ve çok memnun kaldık.
Good service is smiling and concerned in your decision. Boğatepe Köy products we preferred for breakfast entertained us for a good breakfast. Roasted eggs, delicious cheese varieties, honey cream, and delicious molasses that I will definitely buy on return ... we paid 40 TL for two people and we were very satisfied.

You don't have to shop from places that tour guides take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kars'a gittiğimizde aldığımız ürünlerin aynılarından Ankara'ya dönünce tekrar sipariş verdik. Fakat oradan aldıklarımız ile kargolayıp gönderdikleri ürünler arasında (bal, peynir) çok fark vardı. Ne bal ne de peynirler aynı tat ve kalitede değillerdi, memnun kalmadık... Kargo ile siparişte bulunmayın derim...
When we returned to Ankara, we ordered the same products we bought when we went to Kars. However, there was a huge difference between the products we bought there and the products they shipped and sent (honey, cheese). Neither the honey nor the cheeses were of the same taste and quality, we were not satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok güzel bir kahvaltı yaptık peynirleri ve balı gerçekten çok kaliteli ve lezzetliydi. Özellikle küflenmiş çeçil ve petek balı. Fakat satın aldığımız petek bal tam bir FELAKATTİ. ALDIĞIMIZ BALLARIN HEPSİ ŞEKERLENMİŞ BAL DEĞİL ŞEKER ALMIŞIM RESMEN. KANDIRILDIĞIMI HİSSEDİYORUM.
We had a very nice breakfast, the cheeses and honey were really high quality and delicious. Especially moldy chechil and comb honey. But the honeycomb we bought was a complete disaster. ALL OF THE HONEY WE TAKE IS NOT CANDIDATED HONEY, IT'S OFFICIALLY I TAKE SUGAR. I FEEL DAUGHTER.
