I WAS VERY SURPRISED BY THE QUICK SERVICE GIVEN TO US. INTERNATIONAL PATIENT HAVE A SPECIAL DEPARTMENT WHERE THEY SPEAK ENGLISH AND WILL TAKE CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM. I WENT THERE ON 5 JULY MORNING WITH AN ALLERGIC PROBLEM. AT THE RECEPTION MRS GOLCA GAVE US THE MAXIMUM ATTENTION YOU COULD NEED ,FIXED US AN APPOINTMENT WITH DOCTOR CAMER TO BE SEEN AT ONCE AND OUR TRANSLATOR WAS MR. DENIZ A VERY KIND AND HELPFUL PERSON WHO WAS WITH US FROM THE BEGENING TILL THE END OF OUR VISIT. ALL NECESSARY STEPS WERE TAKEN AT ONCE INCLUDING EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT. I COULD NEVER THING ABOUT SUCH GOVERMENTAL SERVICE BECAUSE WE DO HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN OUR COUNTRY FOR STATE HOSPITALS. COST WAS VERY CHEAP TO BE COMPARED WITH THE OTHER PRIVATE CLINICS IN BODRUM. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP

Had a good service. Emergency desk noticed I don't speak Turkish and 3 minutes later I was escorted by a nice gentleman to the International Patients Unit (you'll find it the moment you step into the hospital main building on the right). After filling out the form (I assume you need to carry your passport too), I was taken straight to the Dr. Didn't queue and this nice gentleman escorted my again to the hospital exist. Consultation fee is 60 Lr (€18 / £14)

I was preparing for something terrible when I heard that ambulance is taking me to the public hospital. But then I got really surprised with the way everyone treated me — the doctors are professional, helpful, and were speaking english with me. It's better not to get to such places while you're on holiday but if you're brought here I think you'll be lucky.

Process is ok speed but English is not spoken by many here. We found a very nice security guard to help but he was still limited in his English. He did walk us to different areas to get doctor consult and to pay. But we had to ask many people to get a prescription for an allergy rash. If we did not, we would have paid for a doctor's look at skin, and regular IV of saline solution. And it wasn't cheap enough for that. All in all, it was OK but not the best for all the language barriers. That's not necessarily there fault. Just a thought you need to know

The worst hospital I’ve ever had to visit. Unhelpful and uncaring staff with only 1 doctor. Saw blood stains on the floor and the desk where they keep plastic gloves etc, obviously not cleaned properly. My husband was sick in the corridor on the way to the toilet, never saw anyone clean it up. Patients left and next one came in, no beds were cleaned down, I find this shocking and disgusting in normal times never mind in times of Covid.
