a fantastic hotel, set on a great location ( you can't see any of the amenities from the sea; built respecting the nature and habitat) and managed with a great care on customer satisfaction; every member of staff polite, every single one of them genuinely try to make you happy...Great food ( both in quality and variety) and an amazing sea...all of this at a very reasonable price...

Terrible service, staff with overcrowded guests and terrible cleanliness. We had stayed here 2 years ago and our expectation was low in terms of cleanliness and food quality. Even the food quality is increased, every other aspect has detoriated. The hotel could not handle nearly full rooms. You can't find tables at breakfast and dinner. The drink service at dinner is terrible, We had to get our drinks ourselves. The public toilets were smelling very bad and glasses were always dirty. The staff was relentless and lazy. We had chosen here for fantastic sea but even with too much guests, the sea was not clear as 2 years ago. We will not visit here again. Also don't expect Wi-Fi, the access is nearly impossible in most locations. The amfi-theater entertainment sucked. They could not adjust sound system on Tuesday's mini concert (voice of singer disappeared) and on Wednesday's Wind of Anatolia (music blackout for nearly 2 minutes).

Staff so friendly and helpful which makes the holiday better. Our first room was too hot so they moved us as soon as we asked to a room with aircon. The food was decent but not anything too special. The beach is really nice with plenty of sunloungers and a bar on the beach. Would 100 per cent return.

Even one star is way too much. Despite an excellent location and beautiful sea, service quality deteriorated over the years. They serve soo many things with poor taste, non branded alcoholic drinks. One last cost saving opportunity they haven’t think of is serving non-branded Coke... Management is clueless about room management. We purchased Club rooms, ended up in hotel part. Old and small rooms with most uncomfortable beds! Their sole focus is ripping customers and they don’t believe in customer experience at all. Down arrow: It is very sad that this beautiful location is managed in such a bad way. Don’t help this management make money. Turkey is full of beautiful spots, just go and spend your money where you can get decent service.

If I had to describe this hotel in one word, it would be TERRIBLE! First of all, as soon as you step inside, you are hit with the hot air and the smell of mold (apparently the AC only works for about 4 hours a day but I think it’s less). Then the very rude staff reluctantly get you checked in. For the most part (with few exceptions) the staff are pretty rude. But, I don’t blame them because of how bad they’re working conditions are. The “clean” rooms have dust everywhere and there are stains in some of the pillows. The food is also bad, you basically live off of macaroni and they only have one meat product. Also, there is no Diet Coke in most parts of the hotel only in the main restaurant and there’s only a certain amount of it and it runs out. Also, the restaurant by the main pool closes its service half an hour before its scheduled to close. While the sea is nice and no waves, the beach is horrible. All over the sand, there is cigarette buds and garbage. Next, be prepared to walk up the steep hill because there is now shuttle service around the hotel (a standard in other steep slopes). Overall, all I have to say is avoid this hotel at all costs, I’d prefer to stay home rather than spend time in that awful place. If I was allowed to rate 0 stars, that’s what I would rate this hotel that and that would be the best rating this place deserves.

Beautyfull nature,wonderfull beach...but hotel had problem with managment,food is allways the same..after couple of days you have problem what to eat,most deserts are not eatable,allways same fruits...very friendly personal,cleaning ladys could do their job little better.Generally satisfied:Beach&Sea-5,Rooms -4,Meals -2,Stuff-4.

We did enjoy our stay at this lovely hotel. I’d like to point out a few important things which made our stay really comfortable: first off, it is the location itself ( the territory of the hotel which is filled with nature , pine trees are everywhere, the scent of it is just mellifluous:) though it is far from the Bodrum city , this hotel for those who seek calmness and seclusion. Sea is fabulous as well, it is a bit cold though it is not an issue when it’s nearly +38 outside, the water is crystal clear. Food( amazing ) I’ve read bad comments about it, yet I have not tasted anything that I did not fancy , lots of fish , meat , fruits and vegetables, drinks ,etc , The stuff is super friendly as well. I’d like to stand out Yussuf who is a great guy who has assisted us properly on the kitchen, thank you mate :) I highly recommend it!

Beautiful location, beach and sea. Food was quite good with variation, freshness and quality. Corona considerations were well executed and felt safe. Internet was slightly problematic as it required constant logging in over and over again and sometimes was slow. Nice that is was away from Bodrum center as it made it a peaceful and quiet location still with lots of entertainment at the resort. The resort is on a hill down to the beach, so just be prepared for a fair bit of walking up and down from rooms to beach. We especially enjoyed the aquapark and the beach platform from which to swim. We also enjoyed the hamam and beginners scuba diving experience. Staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. One evening the bar was understaffed only, so the queue was long and the barman needed an extra help. But he was super nice the whole time and worked really hard. We really enjoyed our stay and it was incredibly high return on the money we spent.
