The store was very clean and tidy. The staff is concerned and likes help. Especially Süleyman Bey and his assistant Özkan, the principals, answered all the questions we asked during the shopping.

Kapalı olanını istedik, kapalı ambalajdaki ürünün kırık çıkması durumunda, müşteri kullanımı hatası olarak değerlendirmek kaydıyla o ürünü satabileceğini söyledi. Bu durumda diğer ürünleri alarak mağazayı terk edip, kahve makinasını başka bir satıcıdan aldık.
Bunun nasıl teklif edildiğine çok şaşırdım. Üzüldüğümüzü belirtmeliyim.
After purchasing approximately 130.- TL, we decided to buy the Ideenwelt brand coffee machine at a price of 429.- TL. The store official tried to give the product in a previously opened package. We asked for the sealed one, he said that if the product in the sealed package is broken, he can sell that product provided that it is considered as a customer use error. In this case, we bought other products and left the store and bought the coffee machine from another seller.
I was very surprised at how this was offered. I must state that we are sorry.

The varieties could have been more, I had to go to 3 different cosmetic stores to get what I wanted.
