Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa

The food was cold and almost the same for the twelve days that we were there.It is not okay for 5 star hotel. No diversification at all. The room is with old furniture and needs refreshing. Mini bar has only 3 bottles of water in it. On the other side the staff is always kind and helpful. The view from the restaurant is amazing. I would not come again in this hotel. 5 stars are too many for it.

We had been there 2 weeks in corona time before the season. The whole object is located in huge area on the hill between beautiful scenery and also breathtaking views. It is close to Bodrum city (approx. 7 minutes by taxi and cost EUR 5 one way). There is no point in visiting places other than Bodrum in walking distance, only the shipyard is close to the hotel. Standard rooms were adequate but should be cleaner. Hotel can take enormous amounts of guests. I can not imagine what will be in 100% or even 70% occupancy of the hotel. The beach is definitely too small, so finding a free sunbed on the beach was almost a miracle. The most important there were working nice, good-tempered and hospitable staff. Mainly barmans who made our trip more pleasant and we had really good fun ;). Greetings for Tocan and the rest crew. In my opinion animation team have good excuse related with current virus situation. Guests entertainment has to be improve. The food was tasty but without special seafoods. Everyone found something for themselves. Overall I consider that the holiday were really successful. I recommend from 7 to max. 14 days for rest with other excursions as well.

The hotel is very nice for us, the food for whom I did not complain. The most important thing for me was the atmosphere and views. The sea is beautiful and the staff is always smiling and helpful. The best of them all is Alpi. He will take care of everything?

- Very beautiful sea (but it is not easy to get to the beach for disabled people); - Towels were changed every day (white and clean), but overall cleaning is not very good (dirty floor, sink, etc). Be ready that cleaners will shower the dirty water from the balcony during the cleaning); - the restaurant is clean and with amazing sea view, but food choice is very poor and almost the same (not for 5-star hotel exactly); - Aqua park safety is very good organized: safeguards properly control the process of sliding from water hills; - hotel workers washes all the dirty from the pier and garden to the sea starting from 6:30 pm and polluted the sea water (you can see the wooden sticks from ice-cream, cigarette butts, etc in the sea then); - despite of hotel check-in hour at 2pm, we received our room only at 6pm, so we lost some hours of our rest and no excuses or compliments for waiting from the hotel, but check-out was exactly at 12pm; - for such a big hotel, the beach is small and there are lack of loungers; - minibar is empty and there is no tea-making facilities in the room, but there is a 24h bar on the reception where you could take water, tea, very tasty Turkish coffee and other drinks any time

I visited this hotel for half an hour, because a girlfriend stayed here and wanted me to see her hotel. She showed me to old rooms, old interior, garbage on the ground in the main street of the hotel, the colorless food st the buffet, the beachside wich had no beach but just rocks. After half an hour i left to my own hotel and later heard that she was fined €70,00 because i came and reviewed the hotel. Nobody told her this prior to the check in! She not only got the manager ruining her vacation day, but she also got fined to pay money for my 'visit'. This is not a nice hotel and certainly does not know what hospitality means.

Huge hotel with many different elements. Clean pools and nice rooms (in the main building). However poor food with not much variety and they start preparation very early, making it not all fresh by the time you eat. Also, the different pools and restaurants are quite a walk from each other.

Rooms are massive and really clean. The service is really exceptional food is great.

I am staying currently in the hotel. I booked via CORENDON. I should have red the feedbacks first. My bad?? When we arrived we got room #1505. 850 steps away from the beach,17 minutes walk ?? ONE WAY. The room was a room for 2 star or a camping style room,nothing to tell me that is a 5 star hotel. Old, outdated rooms,dirty. I found a hair ball from previous inhouse guests. The bathroom-sink ,floor was dirty, with long female hair. The floor in the sleep room was dirty as well. On the very next day I asked the corendon representative to transfer us in ROYAL ASARLIK HOTEL but he said they are fully booked. After contacting the hotel turned out that they were fully booked only for 3 and 4th of October. only 1 more hotel is available but we have to pay 500 euro additional. ??? for 2 pax for 2 weeks. I asked him why we should pay so much extra the Corendon guy told me that not all the 5 star hotels have the same price. Ok,I see,because Bodrum holiday RESORT hotel is definitely not 5 star hotel, that's why. So I asked to change rooms because this one is FAAAAAAAAAR from everything. I did got room 2102,super close to the reception. Room for 6 this time,and we are 2. The hotel in general is like 3 stars in the rooms,4 stars out door design. Why they say 5 STAR HOTEL, based on what??? No idea. Yesterday the cleaning lady "cleaned up "our room- that includes emptying the trash can and making the beds. Bathroom,sink, WC,terrace, floor-not included. Still we have hair from previous guests in the room. The only clean,spotless place is the Spa . The hotel is huuuge, if you have difficulties walking, or don't like crowds and crowded places ,or if you have issues with the hygiene, like me,That is not place for you. If you want to go to Bodrum center the taxi cost 5 euro one way. Around the hotel there is nothing in walking distance. I made poor choice booking here. On the beach better use water shoes, there are many stones. The food is delicious but always the same,no varieties of choice. The only good thing about it is the friendly staff, all of them are friendly people ?? And the wifi is on the beach,the restaurant, all the bars, the lobby and some of the rooms in the main building. I am staying for first and definitely last time here.
