Manti MADE BY HAND (!) by a lovely owner's wife. The dough of manti is unbelievably soft, and the spices are carefully chosen to achieve the perfect home-made experience.
Çorba is another masterpiece - which actually should be first to mention. Again, a perfect comfort food with a soft hearty flavour and delirious spices. The owners would bring every single appetizer they had at the moment. We came pretty late at night, yet were welcomed by every family member! A truly memorable experience ☺️
Lastly, we came for çig boreks in a couple of days - and be sure not to be disappointed by it either!
It's one of those tiny culinary jewels you come across and never forget.
