Bodrumda Güvenilir bir emlak firması. İlk başta Firma yetkililerinden randevu almak biraz zor ama tanıştıktan sonra samimi ve doğru yatırım önerilerinde bulunuyorlar. Burunları havada değil. Sadece para odaklı değiller. Bodrumda ev yazlık almak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.

Beğendiğimiz evin özelliklerini Mikail Bey farklı anlatıyor Ömer Bey faklı. 20_30 yıllık evi tadilat yapıp 1 yıllık diye koymuşlar ilana çok ayıp hiç bir şekilde güven duyabileceğim bir emlak ofisi değil tavsiye etmem ne olur ne olmaz dolandırılabilirsiniz

Takip ettiğim ilanlarında sürekli fiyat artışı var, bi hafta baktığım ilan öbür hafta +500.000 katlamış, neye göre bu kadar artış yapılıyor anlamış değiliz, ilanlarını takibi bıraktım.

My experience of using bodrum can emlak was Excellent services from start to finish. Mikail is professional and friendly very helpful with the number of viewings. Mikail and Omer negotiated a fantastic price of the villa with the vendors. Took me back several times to see the villa afterwards. Took me and my husband to obtain my tax number and to open a bank account. They also put my mind at ease with explaining the whole process and showing me the tapu currently under vendor names and explained each section of the tapu. The tapu was shown to put me at ease with us living outside of turkey so that we know and understand the purchasing side. There was a habitation license on the property we purchased. Mikail kept me updated of every step via regular contact on my return to the United kingdom as they took care of the process. Truly go beyond the extra mile. Thank you for all your help and support for making this a wonderful experience of purchasing our dream home property in bodrum.
