Bodrum Beach Resort

It’s a family friendly Resort, staff don’t speak great English, the Rep at hotel was great to deal with as he helped get our rooms upgraded. We got there at night, the night reception staff are useless, but rest of staff where great. Managed to enjoy ourselves.

Honest review - first two days we enjoyed it ; next two days the food got boring and was mostly the same - every cake tasted of the sea. Omg they don't even wash their plates properly on several occasions and on stacks of plates there was old food stuck on it yuk! Spare bed was terrible to sleep in. Entertainment was good ,pool was good ,the big thing for me was that the cleaners stole from my room and that the staff knows that it is happening in the hotel ,management was useless. The man that worked at the spa area started to annoy my son by making weird noises and when i asked him to stop it he was being very aggressive and kind of ruined the rest of the holiday. After that day the bar man tried to give me drinks from the dish water luckily i spotted him. just don't leave valuables in the room. Wifi is rubbish. No way this is a four star hotel more like 2 but i still expect a clean plate.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Just got back from a weeks all inclusive at the Bodrum beach resort. On arrival at 2am we was greeted by friendly staff who took our cases and showed us to our room. The staff tried using our key card to enter the room but it didn't work so they used one they had and went on their way. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The curtains were hanging off the runner there was huge gaps in the laminate flooring, crumbs, chipped paint and a screw on the floor also wires exposed on the hair dryer and live terminals on the distribution board without a cover . We was also told we had a room with a view which we didn't, we had a brick wall and over grown bushes. We didn't have any water in the mini fridge as we were told so we would so headed to reception to ask for some and also to inform them that our key card wasn't working. Communication was very poor so had to translate on our phone. I struggled massively with the food it was mainly geared towards to Mediterranean. There was chips but they never looked freshly made. The bar staff were extremely friendly and and always welcoming. Emre especially went above and beyond to make sure we were hydrated and refreshed throughout our stay. Fortunately a short walk from the hotel there was plenty of places to go for food but frustrating as we had paid for all inclusive. It was 5 days before our room was cleaned or we had fresh towels or toilet roll. The pictures to advertise the holiday were great but sadly the hotel in my opinion wasnt anything like the dream holiday pictures shown. Free WiFi was ment to be provided but it wasnt. So I had to pay £4.99 a day just so I could communicate with my children back at home. I'm lucky that we met the lovely couples we did as that's what really made our holiday. We won't be returning. I think the hotel is at the low end of a 3* it desperately needs money spent on it. Also people approaching us for massages Egg sometimes 5 times or more a day got frustrating, even more so when it was the same person you had politely declined so may times before.

Decidedly average. Doesn't look like it does in the photos. It's not bad , it's just not that good either. If you're looking for somewhere to dump your stuff and sleep then this is ideal. If you plan on spending the majority of your holiday here, I'd choose somewhere else. The foods bland and same menu repeats, the free wifi will cost you, rooms are cleaned every 2nd day at best. Staff are nice tho. Don't book trips with the rep in the morning, you'll get the same trips for half the price in any of the other places around you. Don't be pressured into buying there and then.

Nice hotel but there’s way to many stairs. Not very good when you have mobility issues. Rooms are ok but WiFi hardly ever works. The food was very nice. They had a food variety available to cater for everyone. The beach is a dump. We ended up using the beaches further down.

Staff very good, loads of steps not recommended for wheelchairs or those with walking issues. Food 5/10 and I am not a picky eater. Don't expect WiFi to work anywhere. Room was clean and communal areas. A lot of maintenance needed with regards to sunbeds and parasols. Good location with beach path and shopping area within minutes walk away. It is not a 4* I would give it 2/3 *. Big complaint was not enough chairs by the pool bar day or night.

The hotel is very nice! The location is just excellent, very close to the city center and the sea! The prices are more than affordable and there is a good swimming pool with a small aquapark where you can spend the whole day:) the rooms are cleaned every day and the personnel is very kind, friendly and ready to help whenever you need, especially Barış. We would definitely recommend this hotel unless you are a luxury lover! This hotel is simple but very neat and cozy!

We enjoyed our stay, breakfast was good although same every morning. My son loved the waterslides. On the last day I stupidly forgot to check the bathroom and let my monat hair loss shampoo which is really expensive. My partner left his new shorts as well. We contacted the hotel the afternoon we left to ask the cleaners to retrieve them for us. My partner visited the hotel the next day (we were staying in another hotel in Bodrum) the items were never traced. I should have made sure i had all my property but having 3 kids to sort out in another apartment as well as our own packing it was an oversight. My hair has suffered considerably since.
