Customer relations- 0 Non-functioning facilities- lift, hairdryer, doors, broken beds etc. cleanliness- 0 Dead flies everywhere. The facility in general is just too old and has very poor maintenance... don't even bother to think coming here at this “hotel”.

It was soooooo badddd. We paid too much for such an bad hotel. There is no room cleaning, the rooms are nasty. The first day we came there was no toilet paper it took 4 days to came. If I could stay for free I wouldn’t . It is definitely 3 stars worth . The pool was nasty. Never ever again.

Room was not cleaned when we've arrived. Full trash bin, trash on the floor. Air conditioning leaking on wall and floor, to the level that we had small river through main room. Broken door lock (like someone would try to break in). TV not working (no signal) and not even attach to wall, it was just standing (without stand) leaning on mirror (wall). No internet. Mold and fungus in toilet, around tub and all around floor. No toilet paper. Wet and dirty bed. Food: looong lines for food. "Hot" food was not kept warm so in addition to long lines - it was cold . No bread on breakfast. No tea. As for the cold drinks (non alkoholic) you can only drink one type each day (one day it was pepsi, next day it was only orange juice), Everything documented with photos.

Fraud, No refunds for a reason, they are using the old reputation to scam people. Hotel is abandoned, it is falling apart. They are making as much money as possible. The hotel is changing owners so they don"t care anymore about guests. Bugs in bed. All inclusive? Haha No thanks, disgusting, this is so bad that it is the first hotel and place I have seen cockoroaches instead of cats or dogs in Bodrum. Keep away and take a better hotel. It is so bad that I accept the loss by not staying in this place. Senses hotel is recommended +++++

Worst experience ever. NEVER...NEVER.. NEVER book a room in this hotel. Everything is dirty, rooms are old, falling in pieces. They don't clean the rooms. Shower has no hot water. Hotel is all inclusive but freeze is empty, staff are not helpful. Asked to change rooms 3 times and all of the rooms are disgusting. If I could share the images of the real situation you would be surprised. Website images don't match the reality at all. Hotel is less than 1 star. Booked at roomdi.com

This hotel is run by complete idiots! You can expect staff to enter your room in the middle of the night and try lock you out of the room, even if you paid everything regularly. Not clean. Rude reception staff, especially one guy (I don't know his name unfortunately), medium height, dark brown hair, big had, with slightly slanted eyes. This is called a 5 star hotel?? Shame!!!

I’ve never seen a worse hotel than this. This hotel is not worth even 1 star. I haven't seen any more dirt in a public toilet. When we saw what was happening we refused to stay in this hotel. Terrible dirt and incompetent workers. I noticed how the floors were washed and believe me, they were washed with dirty mops. You could not eat in this hotel because you notice the negligence of the staff, but also the dirty plates. The photos you see on the internet are over 10 years old, now the reality and conditions of the hotel are completely different. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't go to this hotel, it's horrible. Also, the receptionists have an aggressive attitude and tried to snap me when I said that the room I was offered had a broken doorknob and unwashed dishes on the floor, and an extremely dirty bathroom. HORRIBLE!

Do not go! Don't waste your money and time! There are not enough hotel staff and the management clearly does not want to invest in their hotel. Everything is bad except the view and location. Staff doesn't know what they're doing. The rooms are like garbage. Food is bad and unhealthy! There was no water in the hotel when we went! There was no water! We couldn't even take a shower. We heard that there was even theft. If you are a tourist, there is not even an employee who can communicate with you. Do not go! Don't waste your money and time!
