Sonra internetten kendilerine ulaştım. İletişimde oldugum Selçuk Bey, şaşırtıcı şekilde önce beni Apple‘a yönlendirdi. Sorunun software olup olmadıgı ile ilgili. Halbuki gereksiz bir işlem yaparak benden en azından teknik servis hizmeti bedeli isteyebilirdi. Apple’ın sorunun yazılımda değil donanımda olduğunu söylemesinden sonra tekrar kendisiyle irtibata geçtim. En baştan en sonuna kadar o kadar yardımcı oldu ki gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Çok kısa sürede, üstelik yedek parça gerekmesine rağmen, bilgisayarımı tamir ederek bana teslim etti.İşini profesyonelce ve gönülden severek yaptığı belli. Tüm süreçlerde adım adım iletişimde kaldı. Allah ondan razı olsun. Beni tekrar ofisime kavuşturdu. Hiç düşünmeden kendisiyle çalışın derim. Artık Bodrum’da da gönlüm rahat. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum ☺️?
