What i see is BODRYM as a "tourist" place has nothing for EMERGENCY/medical help!!! none of hospitals work well... however, things happen... Work of doctors means help and it can be paid...with logical price..Its not a BAZAR, when smb really needs your prof help... Not motivated To Travel Bodrum again... Before being touristic become HUMAN, please, you may travel one day too...

Mixed up the PCR test so I received an Antigen test result and my colleague who paid the same and took the test in the same room at the same time, received a PCR result much later. Phone support was useless, so both of us had to go take another test at Acibadem, which was less expensive and much faster.

BEWARE - Personnel responsible for pcr tests seem to think it is a sample of your brain that needs testing. She pushed the test tool right down with the care a bad cleaner would take when cleaning a toilet. When I questioned her approach, she said it was HOSPITAL POLICY. I had pcr test done in few countries and in places that can get away with being less competent (pharmacies, etc), never came across someone, who left me bloody. At your own risk.

My friend had a hypertensive crisis. His systolic pressure reached 240. He was rushed by an ambulance to a clinic where they performed immediate care. After that they said he had to stay for a night at this hospital under supervision. We reached this place and shortly after arriving they informed that their hospital doesn’t have an agreement with his insurance and wanted transfer him yet to a different hospital. Meanwhile my friends blood pressure has been rising again. Also at one point he was heavily bleeding from his vein where he had an injection made. The doctors stood there and did nothing. Their doctor Serkan Çelikgöz was acting very unprofessional and was cursing around and blaming the other clinic for bringing us here. It was very confusing, and unprofessional. I’m glad everything is alright with my friend.

Came here to get my COVID-19 test here without any complications. They provided a very quick turnaround for the Covid PCR test I needed for travel. I got there before the noon cutoff time for same day results and received the results before 5 pm the same day. The hospital is sparking clean and safe. The staff is very professional and good at their jobs. They were somewhat welcoming and helpful although I felt like they could have been nicer, it was visibly a very hectic day for them.

Technically ok. Administratively a nightmare. If you are paying yourself, and claiming later from your insurance you will find the administrative staff unhelpful at best, rude at worst. Do not be fooled by the “American” in the name, most of the staff do not speak English.

WORST PCR EXPERIENCE! I went here 1 and half day before the flight. the receptionists were casually sitting and absolutely uninterested in helping the customer. I asked for a PCR test and was handed a phone with a very frustrated and angry French sounding woman who kept on saying 36 hours till the PCR test "OR SIR YOU GO AND GET IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. NO FLIGHT TICKET NO PCR TEST" and I kept on gently telling her "can you please inform me what time I should get my ticket for so I can have my test before flight".. during my conversation with a random person on a phone while sitting at the hospital reception, I was forced to buy a random ticket for the following day and it has been 26+ hours and no test result by email or HES app. Please avoid this place at all costs, thankfully I lost only 33euros for the domestic flight. Can you imagine that these people are healthcare professionals and we entrust our wellbeing to their care in exchange for top dollars?! avid this place and if you come across anyone impersonating a French woman who is playing a dictator over the phone, please run and get your test somewhere where your time, energy and business (not to mention wellbeing ) is valued. wishes
