BN Hotel Thermal & SPA

Afterwards, no one accompanied us. We went to our room by ourselves, but the card was not defined on the door. We waited for 15 minutes in front of the door of the room, even though we said several times, the bathrobes are only two sizes, either too big or too small, you can switch to the mixed pool in the women's pool, there are men who accidentally go to the women's pool, no precautions were taken, the food As for the subject, it's really a disgrace, I wandered around the restaurant for 15 minutes and couldn't find a place to sit. Finally, the Russians we met at the pool invited him to his table and we were able to find a place! However, the menu is extremely limited, many of the dishes were not left at 8 o'clock anyway, they were folded with pasta so that it would look full, the salad part was not bad, but it was a disgrace when it comes to sweet and hot food!! Since the owners of the hotel are from Kahramanmaraş, we expected it to have special dishes for Maraş, there was hardly any meat dish, if like me your priority is food, don't choose it, but if your priority is thermal and food, you can choose it without hesitation?
