S	Schapur Rahimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insgesamt habe ich innerhalb von 2,5 Wochen den Dienst 4x (3x geklappt) in Anspruch genommen. Beide Male vom Hotel zum Flughafen hat es nicht richtig geklappt. Beim ersten Mal kam der Fahrer 40 Minuten zu spät. Beim zweiten Mal (internationaler Flug) kam der Fahrer gar nicht! Nachdem ich 30 Minuten vergeblich versucht hatte jemanden zu kontaktieren, kam folgende Nachricht über WhatsApp: "hello, due to our busyness, the captain fell asleep and we cannot reach her, we are very sorry for this situation and we apologize to you." Keine Alternative, einfach gar nichts! Einfach eine stumpfe Absage per WhatsApp. Musste dann selber irgendwie ein Taxi organisieren. Dementsprechend musste ich auch mehr zahlen, weil wir eine Summe für 4 Transfers ausgemacht hatten. Ich hätte auch fast meinen Flug nach Deutschland verpasst, wenn ich nicht 2 Stunden Puffer eingeplant hätte. Nebenbei habe ich bei den 3 Transfers einen Kindersitz bestellt, wovon es nur 1x mal geklappt hat, obwohl ich auf die Wichtigkeit aufmerksam gemacht hatte. Deshalb nie wieder!!! Overall, I used the service 4x (3x worked) within 2.5 weeks. Both times from the hotel to the airport it didn't work out right. The first time the driver was 40 minutes late. The second time (international flight) the driver didn't come at all! After I tried unsuccessfully to contact someone for 30 minutes, the following message came over WhatsApp: "hello, due to our busyness, the captain fell asleep and we cannot reach her, we are very sorry for this situation and we apologize to you." No alternative, simply nothing! Just a blunt rejection via WhatsApp. Then I had to organize a taxi myself. Accordingly, I had to pay more because we had agreed on a sum for 4 transfers. I would have almost missed my flight to Germany if I hadn't planned a 2 hour buffer. Incidentally, I ordered a child seat for the 3 transfers, of which it only worked once, although I had pointed out the importance of it. Therefore never again!!!

In my opinion, do not say I received VIP service without getting on the BLUE VIP vehicles. Helpful, smiling, fast solution. What a pattern is in the BLUE VIP team. Thanks..
