Very good price. Close to the city center. A bit noisy. And smoking is allowed on the balcony, so if you open your windows the smoke comes directly to the room.

Love this place, stayed here twice in the past 8 months, and have plans to go back again. The owner is lovely as are his staff. Very clean and comfortable. 10 out of 10 for me.

The excellent accommodation. Absolutely recommend for families. Staff is very friendly, special thanks to Alpar (sorry if miss correct spelling). Apartments is very quiet but close to all attraction and beach area.

It is a place where you feel yourself like at home, very comfortable and peaceful. The apartment is very quiet and you have everything you need, location is perfect, 3 minutes from the beach and all kind of shops, but hidden from street noise, and the hospitality of owning family - 5*. you just feel that it's guests and comfort oriented place.

Beautiful apartments with amazing furniture, 2 nice balconies and you will find dishes and all needed kitchen tools available. Kind and helpful owner. 5 minutes away from the beach, all that with relatively cheap price as in trivago app says

This was advertised as a penthouse however was far from it. It was a top floor small apartment. Top floor was shared with 3 other apartments. This is a very outdated apartment. There is only a/c in the bedroom. (Which was turned off internally, we had to call the owner in order to assist us, he wasn’t happy climbing 4 flights of stairs, he made a sarcastic comment when leaving) The shower head is mounted 2.5 feet from the ground therefore you cannot shower properly) Finally due to the a/c only being in the bedroom, the rest of the apartment was inhabitable due to the heat. Please note me and my wife have been living in Dubai for the last 7 months, yeah, 48 degrees heat average. This “apartment” left us feeling very deflated. There was no lift, we hand to manually take our luggage up 4 flights. No air conditioning in communal areas. Owner helped with one suitcase however was not happy about this. Positive: was clean, Location was adequate, due to being within walking distance from the main strip and beach.

Simple and quiet. Rooms are tidy and clean, not small. Every suit has kitchen with all necessary things. There is outside swimming pool and grossery shop right near hotel. Mind it, no elevator is available, only stairs. Parking place is roomy. Location is a bit far from the beach, advisable place to stay if you don't want to pay much for a room.
