Butun bunlara ragmen telefonda evin degerinin cok yuksek oldugu, emlakcinin yuksem bir indirim yaptigini soylendi, cevredeki bakimli evlerin daha ucuza tutulduguna sahit olduk. Fiyat kalite oranlari iyi degil.
