Wij hebben hier gegeten. Dit was super! Ook al ben ik een moeilijke eter. Maar er is veel keus en proberen zeker waard!!! Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En Hassan spreekt ook een woordje Nederlands!

Кальян ждали 40 минут. Обслуживание мягко говоря хреновое. Кальян курился от силы 30 минут. За время нахождения нас тут никто не подошёл , официанты стоят спиной.

Cok kotu bir deneyimdi. Otelde kaldigimiz icin bir kac kere restaurant’i kullanmak durumunda kaldik. Sicak gelen beyaz saraptan tutun, pismemis tavuga, garsonlarin “az siparis verdigimiz” icin yapmis olduklari surata kadar tamamiyle kotu bir tecrubeydi.

We ordered snacks and found out that the chicken was undone. When we reported it to the manager they just ignored our comments. The service was terrible.

What an experience! We had eaten here earlier in the week and had been offered a free glass of wine as an incentive to enter the premises. The staff were helpful and the food was okay. My friend is vegan and found something she could eat. A few days later we returned and were again offered a complimentary glass of wine with the manager, Hassan, instructing his staff to offer us one free drink so we entered the restaurant. Once we were seated we were told that the wine had to be paid for but the second glass would be free! We thought he was joking and laughed along with him. The food was well below par and was partly eaten because we were very hungry! When the bill came the wine had been added and we explained to the waiter that we did not intend to pay this and settled the balance. When we left the restaurant the waiter came running up to us asking for payment and we returned to the restaurant as it was embarrassing to be confronted in front of a lot of people. The manager Hassan came rushing out and demanded payment. We held our ground and reminded him that before we stepped over the threshhold he had offered us a free glass of wine. He said we had agreed to pay. The conversation became heated and he shouted at me (with a threatening finger pointed close to my face!) that I was disgusting and to shut my mouth. I told him he was a very rude man and we walked away. This man is obviously only charming when he’s getting his own way and he is a nasty piece of work when challenged. I sincerely advise against going there, there are lots of lovely places and lovely people in this beautiful resort without risking such an ugly and undignified confrontation. He showed complete disregard for a customer especially a lady from another country. Disgraceful behaviour of which he should be ashamed. I was very shaken up and it ruined our evening.
