It was a hotel that we liked very much, except for minor and minor deficiencies, there was no problem to be taken seriously.

During the semester, we preferred BIZZ Termal with my family, they praised it very much at the entrance, saying it's a new hotel, but there was an excessive intensity. Cleaning was not enough, most customers were given dirty rooms and everyone complained about the lack of cleaning during their stay, the elevators are constantly failing, the hot water and cold water are constantly cut off and the same excuses are always said. There are also 2-3 people walking around like FEDAI, they especially examine women very carefully. Me and my wife are very uncomfortable with this situation, I hope they employ people who know business instead of this type of people. I ask the management to take this comment into consideration, this is a new business and national wealth, I hope we will not encounter such PROBLEMS and BACKGROUNDS on our next visit..

It is a disgraceful hotel, no bathrobes in the rooms, no shampoo, no slippers, no internet, no internet, cold water, even barbarian water, you go and get it from the dispenser, the reception is out of service, the elevators are broken, one word is disgrace.

Cold water, hot water pools, Turkish bath, salt room and sauna are not bad, but I can't say the same for the cleaning of the rooms due to the semester break and some malfunctions.

The hotel is not clean at all. The staff is uninterested, the pools are very dirty and even smells. Rooms are dirty, towels, bathrobes, slippers. I definitely do not recommend. Our entry and exit became one.

An extremely unnecessary hotel where we go accidentally at the beginning of the year but regret a thousand.
