★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir buçuk sene önce sessiz, sakin, ailelerin oturduğu güvenlikli bir site diye eşimle tercih etmiştik. Malesef durum kontrolden çıktı artık. Kapalı otoparklarda (Blok gözetmeksizin) Haziran 2021 den beri arabaların camlarını ve farlarını kırıp, çiziyorlar. Topluca kamera talebinde bulunup ödeme bile yapmamıza rağmen bazı komşuların itirazı üzerine halen kamera takılmadı. Bugün yine bir blokta arabalara saldırı düzenlenmiş. Güvenlikli sitede oturmanın ne anlamı kaldı? Bunların dışında burada oturduğum sürece iki farklı yönetim gördüm. Ikiside şeffaf değildi. Evlerin kalitesine gelecek olursak ses yalıtımı yok. Camlar kapalı olmasına rağmen sürekli rüzgar ve toz alıyor. Derzler hep dökülüyor. Ayda minimum iki gün megafon bozuluyor.
A year and a half ago, my wife and I had chosen it as a quiet, calm, secure site for families. Unfortunately, the situation is now out of control. They have been breaking and scratching the windows and headlights of the cars since June 2021 in the closed parking lots (regardless of the block). Despite the collective demand for a camera and even making a payment, the camera was still not installed upon the objection of some neighbors. Cars were attacked in a block again today. What's the point of sitting on a secure site? Apart from these, I have seen two different administrations while I have been sitting here. Neither was transparent. As for the quality of the houses, there is no sound insulation. Although the windows are closed, it is constantly getting wind and dust. Joints are always falling apart. The megaphone breaks down at least two days a month.
