Bitlis Kültür ve Sanat Derneği kurulduğu tarihten itibaren kültürel ve sanatsal faaliyetlerde bulunarak, üyeleri ve tüm il halkı için sosyal aktivite alanlarının zenginlestirilmesinde en doğru adımları atan kuruluş olma kimliğini taşıyacaktır.
BİSAD VİZYON:
Bitlis Kültür ve Sanat Derneği gerçekleştireceği faaliyetler ile Bölgede ve Ulusal düzeyde tanınan, Kültür ve Sanat dallarında ilinin temsil yetkisini bünyesinde barındıran kurumsal yapıya sahip bir kuruluş olacaktır.
BISAD MISSION:
Bitlis Culture and Art Association will carry on its cultural and artistic activities starting from the date of its establishment and it will be the institution that takes the most correct steps to enrich the social activity areas for its members and the whole province.
BISAD VISION:
The Bitlis Culture and Art Association will be an institution with an institutional structure in the Region and at the national level, with the authority to represent the province in the fields of culture and art.
