I can say that the new building of bitlis national education directorate is located on a floor within the courthouse. I know it works.

As a former teacher working there; I can say that it is the center of systematic mobbing. The top person still hasn't gotten out of that seat. I would definitely recommend that my teacher friend, who loves his profession and life, stay away from there.
