 One can come to Bitlis just to stay here. It is no different from a 5-star hotel, it has no flaws, it is a clean, spacious guesthouse. We liked it very much, we leave very satisfied.

A very clean and cozy place. Bless the hands of those who work. It has an elevator, it's a new building. Considering the last place we stayed, this place felt so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odalar geniş ve temiz, eşyalar oldukça yeni, personel ilgili. Fiyat makul seviyede (kamu 65 TL) , sabah kahvaltısı fiyata dahil, sabah kahvaltısı lezzetli ve yeterli çeşit var.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the furnishings are quite new, the staff is concerned. The price is reasonable (65 TL in public), breakfast is included in the price, breakfast is delicious and there is enough variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odalar çok temizdi. Lüks otelleri aratmayacak kadar modern ve düzenliydi. Konukevi çok büyük bir alanın içinde olduğu için akşam çıkıp etrafta yürüyüş yapılabiliyor. Pencereden görülen manzara da gayet hoş, bina yığını gibi bir görüntü kirliliği yok. Özetle konukevinin nezihlik ve modernliğine bayıldım. Kahvaltıda ise bir tık daha özen gösterilebilirdi, ama yine de iyiydi.
Rooms were very clean. It was as modern and tidy as luxury hotels. Since the guesthouse is in a very large area, it is possible to go out in the evening and walk around. The view from the window is also very nice, there is no visual pollution like a pile of buildings. In summary, I fell in love with the cleanliness and modernity of the guesthouse. Breakfast could have been a little more attentive, but still good.

It's a clean and nice place to stay as a family. We stayed in the family room, it was quite big. Moreover, there were enough towels, pillows and duvets. Air conditioner TV phone all worked smoothly. The morning breakfast was also understated but quite adequate. If we go again, a guest house we will choose again..

Its cleaning and maintenance is very good, the point that I am uncomfortable with is the use of disposable plastics, from breakfast plate to tea cup, there should not be so much plastic waste for both human health and the environment. Using a hygienic plate and glass cup does not mean less precaution.
