Very good food, fair prices, and the very best personnel! Best service I've found in my two weeks there. They will also help you with anything not related to food/drinks.

Absolutely delicious authentic cuisine, cashew chicken and egg fried rice with vegetable spring rolls were worth the gravel to get there from where I stayed. Staff were lovely as always. Fried icecream was incredible.

Had a great meal last night / Hot & Sour soup very tasty and then Singapore Noodles with chicken - great flavour and just right spicyness!! Quick and friendly service / busy restaurant - always a good sign. Meal with Efes beer was only 85 Tl !!!

Food was very good and staff friendly. Right on the shallow beach with sunbeds and parasols. Excellent day or evening out.

If you are looking for a break from your standard Turkish/Seafood fare in Bitez then you should give this place a try. The food is fresh and the flavours are bold and delicious. In addition, the staff is incredibly kind and obviously takes great pride in their work!! I recommend the Thai salad and the sizzling beef or shrimp!!

Fabulous authentic Chinese food with a Chinese chef. Set on Bitez beach. They get too busy sometimes, so service can be a little iratic. If you like Chinese food this place is a must.

A must do We had a wonderful time at salmakis My girlfriend is indonesian so we did all the Chinese restaurant of Bodrum and we decided that it is the BEST as : - the location is in front of the beach you can actually use the chair for the beach during the afternoon - the service is very very welcoming, rapid and kind (one of the waiter work there since 10years) and the boss has a huge smile and loves what he does - the cooking is really good and the portion are great. The chef is there since 17years when they opened the restaurant. We had soup, spring rolls, fried rice with almonds, noodles, spicy schrimps with vegetables and beef satay. We also finished with a Sakay to celebrate the chopstick championship we had for fun ?
