 A carpet that has been bagged without being fully dried. In their explanation, the carpet was not kept in the bag, it was my fault, there was nothing they could do. I've been keeping my spare carpets in bags for YEARS, I've never experienced anything like this.

Müşterileri çöğalınca böyle davranmaları hıc bir sşekilde hoş karşılanamaz.Firmaya yakıştıramadım.
This company, which we have had carpets and runners cleaned for years, said that they could not buy our runners due to the traffic problem in a very central location this time and told us to call another company.
It is not welcome in any way for their customers to behave like this when they multiply.
