During the pandemic process, we could not send our child due to the closure of the classrooms and schools. Although 2/3 of the agreed fee was paid, he was asked to pay a fee up to harassment by constantly calling and texting. When I finally went to the classroom manager, he said that this was a "business center" and stated that I should go about the pandemic process and "ask the state for an account". After this word, I did not want to get into a polemic any more. I will report my complaint in relevant places. If this is a business and the person in charge of this place is in the mindset of asking the state to account, our children should not have any business here. Now I understand better how right our state was to close the private teaching institutions. We thought we were sending our children to the educational institution, not to the business. We learned that this classroom was not a classroom, but a business ..!
