Ancak temel liseler hem okul hem dershane hizmeti sunarak bu zararı engellemek adına oluşturuldu. Temel liselerin daha önce dershane formatında faaliyet gösterdikleri dönemde tanınmalarından dolayı güvenilirlik sorunu yaşamamaktadır.
