★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş daireler. Malzemeler çok kaliteli( bataryalar Franke & Grohe ) Kendimi Radisson da hissettim. ? Karşısında İELEV Okulu var ana okulundan liseye. Liste fiyatları 51 bin ana Okulu, 71 bin orta okul. Derya Öncü Okulu da yakın. Yine sitenin hemen çıkışında solda bir devlet okulu var. Etrafta şu an in cin top oynuyor. Arabanız yoksa burada yaşamak biraz sıkıntı. Ama içeriye Migros açılacakmış.
Very beautifully designed apartments. The materials are very good quality (batteries Franke & Grohe) I felt like at Radisson. ? Opposite is the IELEV School. From kindergarten to high school. List prices are 51 thousand kindergartens, 71 thousand secondary schools. Derya Öncü School is also close. Again, just off the site, there is a public school on the left. He's playing gin ball around right now. If you don't have a car, living here is a bit of a problem. But Migros would be opened inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güzel çalışılmış bir proje. 4+1dairelere baktık. Peyzaj, oda ölçüleri ve tasarım güzel. Ürün markaları gayet kaliteli seçilmiş. Tüm daireler yerden ısıtmalı. Sosyal alan biraz daha geniş olabilirdi. İç avluda oluşan sosyal alan gayet etkileyici. Bu proje ormanlık bir alan içinde olsa çok çok daha etkileyici olurdu.
It is a well worked project. We looked at 4 + 1 apartments. The landscape, room dimensions and design are beautiful. The product brands are chosen very high quality. All apartments have floor heating. The social sphere could have been a little wider. The social area formed in the inner courtyard is very impressive. It would be much more impressive if this project was in a forested area.

A decent site in Çekmeköy, close to Özyeğin University. Rents and house prices are high. Low-rise. Environmentally landscaped, indoor pool and parking lot, secure.
