It was narrow and messy inside, most importantly, there was an insect nest behind the food, they were trying to clean it with a spray. A customer's new cheese came out moldy even though it had an expiration date :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sürekli alışveriş yaptığım bir yerdi ancak birgün uğradığımda bir kahve fincanını kasaya götürürken kırdım ve ödemek istedim .Kasadaki bey önemli olmadığını söyledi ve ödeme almadı.Ancak bir ay sonra tekrar uğradığımda başka bir bey fincanı kırıp neden ödeme yapmadığımı sordu.Ben de bu konuyu kasadaki beyle hallettiğimizi söyledim ama parayı vermem gerektiğini söyledi.Parayı verdim ama çok kırılmıştım.Bim genel müdürlüğüne şikayet yazdım.Hemen bana döndüler ve özür mahiyetinde bim müdürü aracılığıyla paramı yanında bir hediye ile getirdiler ancak ben bir daha burada alışveriş yapmayı düşünmüyorum.Muamele çok çirkindi.
It was a place I used to shop all the time, but when I stopped by one day, I broke a coffee cup while taking it to the cashier and I wanted to pay it. The gentleman at the cashier said it was not important and did not receive payment. However, when I came back a month later, another gentleman broke the cup and asked why I did not pay. I told him, but he said I had to give the money. I gave the money, but I was very offended. I wrote a complaint to the general directorate of BIM. They immediately returned to me and brought my money with a gift through the bim manager as an apology, but I do not intend to shop here again. The treatment was very ugly.
