Öbür taraftan herhangi bir üretici ya da ithalatçı bir zincir mağaza ile anlaşma yaptığında en azından ülkenin dört bir yanındaki binlerce mağazaya ulaşarak, kolay satış olanağı elde ediyor. Kampanyalarını düzenli takip etmekte yarar var. BİM ya da diğer tüm zincir mağazalar artık her yerde şube açıyorlar. Hangi şubeye gitseniz benzer ürünleri ve hizmet kalitesini de görmüş olursunuz. Çalışanlar uzun saatler çalışıyor, umarım fazla mesai ücreti alıyorlardır. Zaman zaman sanki çalışanlar için rotasyon da uygulanıyor.
The best part of chain stores such as BIM are not really too many to offer customers a combination of different products. On the other hand, when any manufacturer or importer makes a deal with a chain store, it reaches at least thousands of stores all over the country and provides easy sales. There are wise to follow regular campaign. BİM or all other chain stores are now opening branches everywhere. Whichever branch you go to, you will see similar products and service quality. Employees work long hours, hopefully they get overtime pay. From time to time if the rotation is implemented for employees.
