Most of the staff working are responsible and helpful people who have reached a certain maturity (with exceptions). Even the managers have the same benevolence and maturity, I did not see much egomania. We can say that the working conditions are moderate and better than many retail chain stores.

Staff friendly. They are constantly trying to give cheap products beyond their expiration date :-)
