Bayan çalışanlar bu konuda daha hassas sayılabilirler ancak çalışanların mutlaka müşteri ilişkileri ile ilgili desteğe ihtiyaçları var. Ancak çalışanların bu şekilde olmasında sanırım iş baskısı da ön plana çıkıyor ki bazıları yalvar yakar son kullanma tarihi yaklaşmış ürünleri satmaya çalışıyorlar. Bunun yerine indirimli ürün satışına ve müşteri promosyonu neden uygulamıyorlar anlamıyorum ?
There are problems in terms of customer understanding. I think the employees should be given diction and communication training first! Female employees can be considered more sensitive in this regard, but employees definitely need support regarding customer relations. However, I think the work pressure comes to the fore in the way employees are like this, and some of them are begging to try to sell products whose expiration date is approaching. I don't understand why they don't apply discount product sales and customer promotion instead ?
