We ordered 6 doors for our office. The manager of the company, Ali Osman, came to take our door measurements. He took the measurements. The doors have arrived. They cut it under the doors while they were being fitted. The doors we bought are glass doors in the middle. When the doors were cut, the level of both the door handle and the glass fell visibly. When we conveyed the problem to them, they said that the way the doors were cut was like that, the level of our doors was low, etc. has been told. But we were not given any information that the doors would be cut and that the door heights should be adjusted. When we submitted our complaint, they claimed the oldness of our building as if they were giving free doors. My approach was very bad. The door handles and windows of the doors we bought with a lot of money are now below. It is zero to inform the customer and to own the mistake made afterwards.
