Based on the comments here, I wanted to go myself and talk face to face. They said that all the ads on the yellow site have been sold. Of course there is no such thing. I can't understand how these people do business in a place like Bilkent, how people entrust them with houses. All of their ads are fake. They've been creating fake portfolios for themselves for years. All the advertisements on the yellow site are lies, and they are also liars. All of the good comments are their own peers. Özellikle Aytaç Bey her konuda ve sorunda anında dönüş yaparak ve çözümler sunarak taşınma ve sonra ki süreçlerde sıkıntılı olan her şeyi çözdü. Özellikle evi kiraladıktan sonra aslında kendileri ile ilgili olmayan her sorunumu çözen Aytaç Bey özelinde çok teşekkür ederim. Bilkent tarafında gerçekten en güvenilir ve yardımsever bir konumdalar. They showed the rented flat in Block E-2 on the same day and showed me the help they could in every problem from A to Z, even if it was not related to them, together with my renting the house. In particular, Aytaç Bey solved everything that was problematic in the moving and subsequent processes by instantly returning and offering solutions for every issue and problem. Special thanks to Mr. Aytac, who solved all my problems that are not related to them, especially after I rented the house. They are really in the most reliable and helpful position on the Bilkent side.

Bir emlak sitesinde aylardır değişmeyen ilanları mevcut ve her aradığınızda o satıldı, onda kiracı var, diğerinde kapora alındı vs saçma yalanlarla oyalıyorlar. Bu tarz emlakçılar yüzünden insanlar güven yitiriyorlar. Böyle firmaların tespit edilip ruhsatları iptal edilmeli bence. Kimsenin zamanını boşa harcamasınlar. Absolutely do not trust. There are ads on a real estate site that haven't changed for months, and every time you call, it has been sold, it has tenants, the other has a deposit etc. They are stalling with ridiculous lies. People lose confidence because of these types of real estate agents. I think such companies should be identified and their licenses revoked. Don't waste anyone's time.
