Kurucu büyükdede "Dar gelirli halkımıza en kaliteli yemekleri makul ücrete yedireceğim,herşey para değil onların duası bana yeter" deyip çıkmış hizmet yoluna. Dediğini de yapmış. Sulu yemek,kebap,pide,tatlının topyekünün bir arada makul ücrete sunulduğu ender işletmelerden. Halktan rağbet görünce şehir içinde birkaç şube daha açmışlar.
 One of the oldest restaurants in Isparta, "Bilgiç Lokantası" is one of the rare businesses that has been serving for 3 generations. The founding grandfather said, "I will feed our low-income people the best quality food for a reasonable price, money is not everything, their prayers are enough for me" and went on the way of service. He did what he said. It is one of the rare establishments where juicy food, kebab, pita and dessert are offered all together at reasonable prices. When they were popular with the public, they opened a few more branches in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belki de kapanış saatine geldiğimden pirinç pilavı bu kadar kötüdür kabul. Ama madem kötü servis etme arkadaş ya da söyle ben karar vereyim. Parayı tam al yemeği insanın boğazına takılacak kadar lapa ver, olmadı bu.
Maybe rice pilaf is just that bad because I arrived at closing time. But if you don't serve badly, friend or tell me, I'll decide. Take the money, give the food enough to get stuck in your throat, it didn't happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elbesa yedim sanırım hergün çıkmıyormuş. Çok hoşuma gitti.Servis hızlı çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü.Fiyat olarak ise 30 tl ödedim bence makuldu.Herkese tavsiye ederim.
I ate Elbesa, I guess it doesn't come out every day. I liked it very much. The service was fast, the employees were friendly. I paid 30 TL for the price, I think it was reasonable. I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeni adrese taşınmış ve yeni yerinin öncekine göre daha iyi olduğunu düşündüğüm sulu yemek ağırlıklı işletme. Şimdiye kadar bir sorun yaşamadım, lezzet olarak güzel fiyat olarakta makul.
A succulent establishment that has moved to a new address and I think its new location is better than the previous one. I have not had a problem so far, it is good in taste and reasonable in price.
